Can the system cut?
The ingredients have to be filled into the robot in the right size and shape. Centralised production kitchens offer pre cut ingredients in already suitable sizes.
How many people are required to operate the system?
The system can produce up to 3000 dishes a day with only 1 person operating it. A second person can be utilised to focus on what is the most important aspect of the hospitality industry: the guest.
