The ingredients have to be filled into the robot in the right size and shape. Centralised production kitchens offer pre cut ingredients in already suitable sizes.

The system can produce up to 3000 dishes a day with only 1 person operating it. A second person can be utilised to focus on what is the most important aspect of the hospitality industry: the guest.

Here our modular system setup comes to play. Instead of wasting your time with on site maintenance, we can just replace the module within minutes and your system starts cooking again.

One staff member looks at the assigned storage configuration of the day and fills the GN containers with the required ingredients into the robot. After everything is loaded, the robot is ready to cook.

There are no boundaries. We have tried everything from soups, porridges, stir fries with udon noodles and rice, various pasta dishes and curries, stews, scrambled eggs and also desserts like kaiserschmarn.
